This site uses no advertising and no cross-site tracking, sets no cookies, and has no forms. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic measurement may be used.
Personal information
Calterra collects identity and know-your-client information, financial and investment information, and tax and regulatory information from investors. It is collected from the investor and, where applicable, from the investor’s adviser, financial institutions, and government or regulatory bodies.
It is used to open and administer the account, verify identity, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and report to the investor and to regulators. It is retained for as long as those obligations require.
Personal information is collected with the investor’s knowledge and consent, except where collection, use or disclosure without consent is permitted or required by law. Consent may be withdrawn on reasonable notice, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
Disclosure
Personal information is disclosed to the funds’ service providers where required for them to perform their functions: the administrator and transfer agent, the prime broker and custodian, the auditor, and legal counsel. Calterra requires confidentiality and information-security protections in its agreements with these providers. It is disclosed to regulators as required by law.
Calterra does not sell personal information and does not disclose it to unrelated third parties without consent.

Safeguards
Personal information is protected by physical, technical and procedural safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Access is limited to those who require it to perform their duties.

An investor may request the personal information Calterra holds about them, an account of its use, and the parties to whom it has been disclosed, and may request correction of inaccurate information. Requests are directed to the Privacy Officer.
